True to the original narrative behind the Fabbrica concept, the production of pasta as a showcase remains at the heart. Fabbrica Newtown’s kitchen is at the heart of the space, on show behind the bar.

Framing the relationship between diner and chef or bar tender, the bar sits proud at the front of the dining room capturing the casual atmosphere as patrons enter the space. This bar is surrounded by intimate dining settings the space creates theatre and ambience, well suited to the vibrant high street of Newtown.
