Inspired by the Grammercy Tavern NYC and classic trattorias of Italy, Palazzo Salato is established as an institution from day one. Artwork plays a significant role in setting the tone for the dining experience. A relaxed French hang to the casual area anchored by a vibrant mural painted by Louis Wayling and commissioned silk screen prints by Lucia Canuto in the formal dining. The subtle elevation in finishes adds a refinement to the formal dining area whilst maintaining a relaxed and approachable tone to the informal dining.
