Bar la salut is inspired by chef Scott McComas-Williams' time in Catalonia, bringing a sense of the nostalgia to the plate. Transporting diners to twisted Europeans streets, ducking into a hole in the wall.. summoning adventure; discovering an unexpected space within the corner pub complimented with some unexpected flavours. Embracing the travelling nomads approach to dining.
