Ever wonder why pasta made at home never quite tastes as good it does in a restaurant? Fabbrica pulls back the curtain to give a peek through the looking glass (literally) into the magic that conjures culinary masterpieces, inviting guests into the process but keeping elbows clean of flour.

A retail dining space that showcases the appreciation and importance of produce. Fabbrica's centre piece lends focus to a jewellery box of pasta shapes, showcased as a luxury item to be handled with the delicacy of 'lock and key’ value - which is the experience you’ll have when ordering pasta by the gram. Chef may even pop out of the kitchen to offer a custom recipe.
